Called 911 and dispatch was absolutely rude and had zero empathy. Called because we didnโ€™t feel safe and wanted help and got an attitude. Constantly interrupted. Told to hold so she could do something else unrelated to the call. Very horrible experience with dispatch.

There's not much the city can offer for free to citizen when I need to. I feel the public library offers much more than the city hole itself! Many examples i don't need to mention now.

What ever happend to city hall? This should not be a place where you do not feel welcomed. The last coulpe of times I felt like I had done something wrong just walking throw the door. I go to pay my taxes and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Five people pretending to work and no one gets up to help you. I needed to file an extension ; they tell me I have to go back to hr block. A few weeks later I come back to city hall and tell me the extension has already been filed and I did not need anything else. It only took five minutes for them to get up from whatever they where pretending to do to help me. I would expect this behavior from kids but not from adults.

One Star โ€“ Would Give Zero If I Could Ah, Parma, Ohio โ€” the city that time forgot and common sense abandoned. If youโ€™ve ever wondered what it would feel like to get fined by a robot while driving through a post-apocalyptic strip mall wasteland, boy do I have the destination for you! Parma isnโ€™t so much a city as it is a speed camera-funded money pit, cleverly disguised as a municipality. I rolled through this place for all of 10 minutes โ€” didnโ€™t see a single cop, didnโ€™t see a single pothole fixed, but I did get a lovely surprise in the mail a week later: a ticket for going 36 in a 25 on a road that looked like it hadnโ€™t been repaved since the Reagan administration. Letโ€™s be real: they arenโ€™t interested in running a city here. Parmaโ€™s true business is **automated extortion**. The speed cameras are like gremlins hiding behind bushes, just waiting to pounce. Public safety? Civic pride? Hah! Theyโ€™re too busy counting camera ticket revenue to care about that nonsense. The aesthetic? Imagine a 1983 K-Mart collided with a Dollar General and nobody cleaned up the mess. The whole place feels like itโ€™s in a perpetual state of beige sadness. Itโ€™s the kind of town where dreams go to get ru

Have been calling for over 3 weeks, including to council person, reporting the same DESTROYED street full of holes that damage your car as you drive over them. They want all of our tax money but somehow itโ€™s our responsibility to fix our suspension after they NEGLECT our streets. Makes sense why they just lost that lawsuit
